Part-Time Babysitter/Nanny/Mother’s Helper Needed — Redlands Hello! We are looking for a warm, reliable babysitter, nanny, or mother’s helper to care for our two daughters, ages 2 years and 7 months. This position will begin part-time, with the potential to grow into a more regular, long-term role as our family’s needs increase. I work from home and have flexibility with scheduling, and we are happy to coordinate a schedule that works well for everyone. Weekend evening availability is helpful, and occasional additional shifts may also be available. We are seeking someone who is: • Experienced and confident caring for both infants and toddlers • Passionate about age-appropriate, learning-based childcare and play • Dependable, nurturing, patient, and communicative • Comfortable working collaboratively with a parent who works from home • A non-smoker with reliable transportation • CPR and First Aid certified • Up to date on recommended vaccinations • Comfortable assisting with light child- and household-related tasks and helping keep daily routines running smoothly We hope to find someone who would enjoy becoming a trusted and valued part of our family over time.
