Part-Time Nanny / Mother’s Helper – 15–20 Hours/Week We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and proactive part-time nanny / mother’s helper to join our family for approximately 15–20 hours per week. We have three young children, but the primary focus will be helping with our 1.5-year-old and providing some light household support. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable with a flexible mix of childcare and household tasks—there may be days that are more focused on the baby, and other days when we could use more help around the house. Potential responsibilities include: * Caring for our 1.5-year-old and keeping him engaged and happy * Playing, reading, going for walks, and age-appropriate activities * Preparing simple snacks/meals for the children * Folding and putting away family laundry * Tidying up common areas and keeping the house organized * Loading/unloading the dishwasher and other light household tasks * Helping with occasional kid-related errands or organization You do not need to do all of these things every time you come. We’re looking for someone who can be flexible and help with whatever is most useful that day. Ideal candidate: * Warm, loving, and genuinely enjoys being around young children * Reliable, responsible, and proactive * Comfortable working independently and noticing what needs to be done * Has previous experience caring for toddlers * Comfortable helping with both childcare and light household tasks * Looking for a consistent part-time position Schedule: Approximately 15–20 hours/week, with some flexibility around exact days and times. We’re hoping to find someone who can become a dependable part of our household and make life a little easier for our family!
