About this nanny job

I’m looking for a reliable, responsible, and caring babysitter for my daughter starting as soon as possible. She is in middle school and participates in cheer and band, so our childcare needs vary depending on her activities. I’m looking for someone who can provide a safe, supportive environment and help with occasional school pickups and transportation to or from extracurricular activities. Schedule: * Part-time, typically 1–3 afternoons per week * Most shifts are 3:00 PM–5:30 PM * Some shorter shifts are 4:15 PM–5:30 PM * Schedule is provided in advance * Care is not needed every week due to a shared custody schedule and school breaks Compensation: $22/hour * Standard 2.5-hour shift: $55 * Short 1.25-hour shift: $27.50 * Occasional 1.5-hour shift: $33 Responsibilities: * School pickup and transportation as needed * Supervision after school * Helping my daughter stay on track with homework and activities * Providing a positive and dependable environment Ideal Candidate: * Dependable, punctual, and communicative * Has reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license * Has experience caring for school-aged children * Comfortable with a flexible, prearranged schedule I’m hoping to find someone consistent who can build a positive relationship with Juliana and provide dependable care throughout the school year.
