Nanny for Two Children — Key Biscayne We’re a family in Key Biscayne looking for a warm, dependable, and engaged nanny to care for our 6-year-old son and infant daughter. Most of the time, you’ll care for one child while Mom cares for the other, working together as a team to support both children. Active, hands-on childhoods, screen free. We love outdoor time, beach and pool outings, books, imaginative play, exploration, and friendships. Character, not simply compliance. We want to raise children who are helpful, respectful, resilient, patient, and empathetic. This means modeling respectful communication, encouraging age-appropriate responsibilities, allowing children to try things independently, and helping them work through frustration rather than immediately fixing everything for them. Faith and family values. We are a Christian family and would like someone comfortable respecting and supporting our faith, values, and family routines. We hope to find someone who becomes a trusted, long-term part of our children’s lives and works closely with us as a team.
