**One-Time Pre-Move-In Deep Cleaning – Family Home** Hello! I are preparing to move into my new home, and I am looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner or small cleaning team to provide a thorough, one-time deep cleaning before we move in. The home is currently vacant and in average condition. My goal is to have it thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and refreshed following the previous owners so that it feels comfortable and move-in ready for our family. **Home Layout:** - Upper Level: Primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom - Main Level: Kitchen, living room, two additional rooms, and one bathroom - Basement: Three additional rooms and one bathroom **Cleaning Services Requested:** - Deep cleaning and sanitizing of all three bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers/tubs, countertops, and cabinets - Cleaning the interior and exterior of kitchen appliances, including the refrigerator, oven, etc - Wiping down the inside and outside of all kitchen and bathroom cabinets and drawers - Dusting and wiping down accessible surfaces, baseboards, doors, light switches, and windowsills - Vacuuming all carpeted areas - Sweeping and mopping all hard-surface floors - General cleaning and sanitizing throughout the home **Additional Details:** This is not a post-construction cleaning. I am simply looking for a thorough, detailed cleaning before moving our belongings into the home. I prefer someone who can bring their own cleaning supplies and equipment, but we are happy to provide certain supplies if needed. **Compensation:** Depending on the scope of work, experience, and number of cleaners. I am open to discussing hourly rates or a flat-rate quote. I value reliability, attention to detail, and quality work. If interested, please share your availability, experience with move-in cleaning, estimated pricing, and whether supplies are included. Thank you! We look forward to finding someone who can help make our new house feel like home!
