Part-Time Nanny for Our 16-Month-Old — Tuesdays & Thursdays, North End Hi there! We're looking for a part-time nanny for our daughter, Kennedy (16 months), on Tuesdays and Thursdays — roughly 8/9am to 4pm, about 6–8 hours a day, with some flexibility on both ends. The job in one line: get her out into the city as much as possible. We live in a small North End apartment and both work from home, so the best days are spent out — playgrounds, the library, story time, the aquarium, the children's museum. We have (or will get) the memberships and passes, and we cover all activity costs. Kennedy naps happily in the stroller, which makes long outings easy. Home is always an option on a rainy day — we'd just love out-and-about to be the default, around 75% of the day. When you are home, it's the usual Kennedy care (meals, changes, play) plus light household help when there's a lull — tidying and organizing, that kind of thing. A bit about us: Kennedy has an older brother (3) who's in school full-time — Mom handles his drop-off and pickup, so your days are just Kennedy. If it's going well, we'd love to add more hours over time. We're looking for someone who: • Has real experience with toddlers, and references to match • Genuinely enjoys being out and active all day — this is a walking neighborhood • Is CPR/first-aid certified, or willing to get certified • Is a non-smoker • Can commit to Tuesdays and Thursdays consistently Pay: $24–30/hr depending on experience, with guaranteed hours — you're paid for your scheduled days even if we have to cancel.
