Part-Time Nanny Needed – 3 Mornings Per Week We are looking for a reliable, caring, organized, and proactive nanny to help care for our 3.5-year-old son. Schedule * Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM * Saturday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM * Sunday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM 13 guaranteed paid hours per week Wednesday – School Morning Routine & Light Household Assistance Childcare and school preparation * Wake our son and help him get ready for school * Prepare and serve breakfast * Help him get dressed and brush his teeth * Apply sunscreen * Pack his lunch and water bottle * Secure him in his car seat for school drop-off (Mom handles transportation) Additional responsibilities * Tidy and organize toys and play areas * Wash dishes and tidy the kitchen * Vacuum as needed * Pre-fill water bottles * Prepare afternoon snacks (usually a sandwich) * Assist with laundry, including folding and putting clothes away * Place Instacart orders for needed household or grocery items, with approval * Take out trash as needed Another household assistant will be present starting at 8:00 AM, so responsibilities will be coordinated to avoid overlapping tasks. Saturday & Sunday – Childcare * Help our son get ready for the day * Prepare and serve breakfast * Wash dishes and clean up after meals * Engage in age-appropriate playtime and activities * Read books together * Prepare and serve lunch at home * Occasionally assist with nap time * Keep his play areas tidy Guaranteed Hours & Flexible Early Release All 13 scheduled hours per week are guaranteed and paid in full. On Wednesdays, once all assigned responsibilities are completed, you may leave early with approval. On Saturdays and Sundays, if we return home early and no longer need childcare, you may also leave early. You will still receive full pay for your scheduled hours, even when released early. Ideal Candidate * Reliable and consistently available at 7:00 AM * Experienced with preschool-aged children * Warm, patient, attentive, and engaging * Organized, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative * Comfortable with light household responsibilities * CPR/First Aid certified preferred * Looking for a consistent, long-term part-time position Note: We love spending quality time with our son on weekends, so there may be occasional Saturdays or Sundays when childcare is not needed. If we choose to cancel a scheduled shift to spend time together as a family, you will still receive full pay for that shift.
