Full Time nanny needed starting Monday, Nov 2

About this nanny job

Hi, we're Adam and Liza, first-time parents to our son Tawan, born August 2026 (2 months old). We live in central Phoenix with Rocket, our friendly 55-pound rescue mix (2 years old), who has been gentle and curious around the baby but can be skittish around new guests until he gets to know them. Adam works from home and Liza works remotely part of the week, so one of us will usually be around — you'll have backup nearby and we're happy to tag-team. No driving or errands. Beyond caring for Tawan, we'd appreciate light housekeeping help — things like laundry, emptying the dishwasher, and vacuuming. A typical day would include: bottle feedings and burping (or bringing Tawan to Liza to nurse), nap routines, tummy time and floor play, a walk or two around the neighborhood, light housekeeping (laundry, dishwasher, vacuuming), baby laundry and bottle washing, and light nursery tidying. As he grows we'll add outings and playgroups. What matters to us: - We'd like to raise him to be bilingual — So being able to speak Spanish to him throughout the day is a plus. - A gentle, patient approach to infant care; following his cues. - Safe sleep practices (on his back, bare crib) and up-to-date infant CPR/First Aid. - No screen time — we love reading, singing, and talking with him instead. - Open communication: we welcome photos and a quick text update through the day, and we're always happy to talk through anything that comes up. Schedule: part-time October-November 2026, moving to full-time from November 2026 for about a year. Looking forward to meeting you!
