About this nanny job

We’re looking for a loving, attentive, and dependable nanny for our infant daughter. We want someone who genuinely enjoys working with babies and supporting their development through talking, singing, reading, interactive play, age-appropriate activities, and walks when weather permits. Responsibilities include: • Bottle-feeding and safely handling breast milk • Washing and properly storing bottles and breast pump parts • Diaper changes and following her nap schedule and safe-sleep practices • Engaging in developmental play and encouraging movement and exploration • Taking walks and spending time outdoors when appropriate • Washing, folding, and putting away baby laundry • Tidying baby-related items • Providing daily updates on feedings, naps, diaper changes, and activities What we’re looking for: • Previous infant-care experience required • Infant CPR and First Aid certification preferred • Patient, proactive, reliable, and nurturing • Strong communication skills and sound safety judgment • Someone who follows parental instructions and promptly reports accidents, injuries, or any concerns • Professional references required • Non-smoker Schedule and pay: • Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 2 PM • 20 hours per week • $20 per hour • Guaranteed hours and PTO One or both parents may work from home, so the nanny should be comfortable independently managing our daughter’s routine while we’re working. We have a pet-free home due to allergies. Responsibilities are limited to infant care and baby-related tasks, including baby laundry. No general housekeeping or household laundry is required. We’re looking for someone who will become a trusted caregiver and help our daughter learn, explore, and thrive in a safe, nurturing environment.
