🌼 After-School Nanny / Family Assistant (20-35 Hours/Week) – Gilbert, AZ We're looking for a warm, dependable, and energetic nanny to join our family and help care for our two sweet, active boys (1st grade and Pre-K). Our ideal nanny is someone who genuinely enjoys working with kids, brings a positive and patient attitude, and can provide a fun, nurturing, and structured environment. We're hoping to find someone who can become a consistent, trusted part of our kids lives! 🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday: 2:00–7:00 PM (1:00 PM start on Wednesdays) Mornings: 7:00–8:00 AM for school drop-off (minimum 2 mornings per week; flexible on which days) Sundays: Approximately 3:45–4:15 PM for a scheduled pick-up/drop-off Weekday afternoons are required (end times somewhat flexible), while morning scheduling offers some flexibility. 💛 Responsibilities include: School pick-up and occasional morning drop-off Homework assistance and helping with daily chores Engaging the boys in creative play, outdoor activities, and age-appropriate fun Maintaining a positive, structured after-school routine Meal planning, light meal prep, and helping with dinner Assisting with evening and bedtime routines Occasional transportation to appointments and activities Helping with scheduled parent exchanges Light tidying related to the children's daily activities 🌟 Our Ideal Fit: We're looking for someone who is: Reliable, responsible, and a great communicator Patient, kind, and comfortable setting gentle but consistent boundaries Fun, creative, and actively engaged with the kids Organized and comfortable juggling the routines of two young boys Experienced with school-aged children A safe driver with reliable transportation Experience supporting children with different personalities, emotional needs, and developmental stages is a plus! 📍 Location: Gilbert, AZ 💰 Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications 📅 Start Date: Mid-December We're excited to find someone who will build a great relationship with our boys and feel like a valued part of our family.
