Part-Time In-Home Childcare Needed for Our Sweet 4-Month-Old Daughter Hi there! We’re looking for a kind, dependable, and nurturing caregiver to help care for our daughter, Briella, in our home in Saint Paul. Briella is 4 months old and is a sweet, curious little girl who loves being talked to, playing, exploring her surroundings, and soaking up all the attention she can get! I work full-time from home in accounting and HR, and while I’ve loved having the opportunity to be home with Briella, balancing both responsibilities has become increasingly challenging. We’re hoping to find someone who can give her the dedicated attention, interaction, and care she deserves while I focus on work. What we’re looking for: * A few hours a day, approximately two weekdays per week, with some flexibility in scheduling * Experience caring for infants, ideally with references * Someone patient, attentive, engaging, and comfortable adapting to the changing needs of a growing infant * Assistance with diaper changes, naps, tummy time, playtime, and age-appropriate developmental activities * Someone comfortable providing care while a parent works from home Briella is exclusively breastfed, so I’ll be available for nursing sessions throughout the day. At this age, we’re still finding our rhythm, and her daily schedule can vary depending on her needs. We’re looking for someone who is patient, flexible, and comfortable following her cues rather than relying on a strict routine. We’re hoping to start with a part-time, trial-style arrangement of just a few hours twice a week to see how everyone adjusts and whether it’s a good fit. If things go well, we’d be open to discussing additional hours in the future! We’re not looking for housekeeping or someone to juggle multiple responsibilities. Our priority is simply finding someone who will genuinely enjoy spending time with Briella and provide a safe, loving, and stimulating environment. Above all, we’re hoping to find someone who feels like a natural fit for our family and can potentially build a lasting relationship with us as Briella grows.
