About this nanny job
Looking for a full time nanny and mother's helper for toddler (15 month old) care. Location: San Carlos Schedule: 50 hours/week (8 a.m. to 6 p.m) Start: ASAP Responsibilities - provide independent toddler care in presence of hands-on parents as co-captains - gentle, responsive care following child's cues; avoid prolonged crying - activities to support developmental milestones - support and lead potty training - outdoor playtime/activities along with 1 family member - bottle feeding, meal time, and diaper changes, naps (baby is not sleep trained), and other child related tasks - household help when baby naps - kitchen wrap up, laundry, packages, tidying, etc Ideal Candidate - warm, nurturing, and patient - experienced with babies and developmental play - Comfortable working in a collaborative family environment - Reliable and proactive
