About this nanny job
We are looking for a trustworthy, energetic, active, FUN, caring, and patient nanny to care for our three kiddos! ❤️ Please ONLY apply if you are genuinely energetic, active, and comfortable keeping up with three little ones who are 5 years old and younger. This position will definitely keep you busy, so we’re looking for someone who truly enjoys being hands-on, playful, and engaged with children. To be completely upfront, caring for our 5-year-old may come with some additional challenges because he is autistic and nonverbal. He communicates using an AAC device and is currently working on saying words, which is something we’re very excited about! 🥰 He is a very sweet, quiet child and is not aggressive. However, he can be super sneaky and may get into things around the house or try to enter rooms he knows he shouldn’t. We’re looking for someone who is attentive, patient, and able to keep a close eye on him while still allowing him to have fun and be himself. He loves watching his tablet, playing games, and mostly keeps to himself. He can sometimes be sensitive to noise, so a calm and understanding caregiver is important. Our 2-year-old is the complete opposite! 😂 He loves to dance, sing, play instruments, and stay busy. We are also currently potty training him, so we’ll need someone who is comfortable helping with that. Our youngest is 5 months old and is the happiest little baby! He loves to smile and is generally very easygoing. He usually only cries when he’s hungry, needs a diaper change, or is sleepy. 🥰 Our 5-year-old is urine potty trained but still poops in a pull-up, so you’ll need to be comfortable assisting with that as well. Overall, they are wonderful, fun, loving children with very different personalities and needs. We’re looking for someone who will genuinely enjoy spending time with them, keep them safe, play with them, and care for them with patience and kindness. Please only apply if you have experience caring for young children, are comfortable caring for an autistic/nonverbal child, and are truly up for the challenge of keeping up with three little ones. We want someone who can come in, have fun with our kids, and become someone our family can trust.
