About this nanny job
I'm looking for a guide and mentor for my daughter Beaux (age 4), not a typical sitter. The heart of this role is integration: bridging the gap between all of her therapies and bringing that work into everyday life at home and with our family, and helping guide us as a family to carry it forward. I'm looking for someone with an occupational therapy background (child psychology also welcome). In the afternoons, you would work directly with Beaux, guiding her through her therapy and emotional regulation practices, and weaving both those practices and her therapists' work into her daily routine so they carry over to our family. Patience and energy matter a lot. Four hours each weekday afternoon, 2:30 to 6:30, five days a week, starting as soon as possible. Pay is negotiable based on experience.
