Full-Time Nanny for 18-Month-Old Girl in Willow Glen We are seeking a warm, reliable, and deeply caring full-time nanny (Mon–Fri) for our sweet 18-month-old daughter in San Jose. For our family, the absolute most important qualities are: Genuine Affection: Someone who truly adores toddlers and will treat our daughter with the same tenderness, safety, and care as their own child. Super Patient & Calm: A grounded, patient presence who handles typical toddler meltdowns, tired phases, and transitions with deep emotional regulation. Honest & Reliable: Unwavering integrity, open communication, and excellent dependability. Responsibilities: Engaged, loving one-on-one toddler care, outdoor play, and nap routines. Toddler meal prep and light child-related cleanup. Requirements: Proven toddler care experience with strong references. CPR/First Aid certified, background check, clean driving record.
