Hi there! We are a Fredrick family looking for a caring, dependable, and engaging nanny to provide daytime care for our three young children, who will be 3 years, 2 years, and 5 months when care begins. We are hoping to find someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children and is comfortable caring for multiple children at different developmental stages. Because our children are so young, it is especially important to us to find someone who will take an active role in planning and coordinating age-appropriate activities that support each child’s development. We are a no-screen family and value hands-on, engaging play throughout the day. CHILDCARE RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide attentive and nurturing care for our three children, ages 3, 2, and 5 months. Plan and coordinate age-appropriate activities that encourage learning, play, and healthy development for each child. Engage the children in screen-free activities, including play, reading, creative activities, and other developmentally appropriate experiences. Maintain a safe, structured, and engaging environment throughout the day. Tidy up after the children and their daily activities. No additional housekeeping duties are expected. ADDITIONAL DETAILS: A parent works from home and will be available periodically throughout the day. Meal preparation is not required. We also have a dog in the home, so applicants should be comfortable working in a home with a pet. SCHEDULE: Approximately 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, preferably 9:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. START DATE: November 12, 2026. END DATE: June/July 2027
