About this nanny job
We’re a busy, fun-loving family in Leesburg with five daughters (ages 7–14) looking for an energetic, organized, and dependable nanny/family assistant to join our family! This position is approximately 20–25 hours per week, typically 2–7 p.m. , with some flexibility needed as our family’s schedule changes. The role is a mix of childcare and household support, including after-school routines, transportation to activities, meal prep, laundry, dishes, and general tidying. We also love having help with organizing projects around the house! Our ideal candidate is positive, high-energy, flexible, and proactive, someone who takes initiative, can juggle a busy household, and genuinely enjoys connecting with kids of different ages. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to build a lasting relationship with our family and become a valued part of our everyday lives!
