Flexible, Reliable Nanny Needed for Our 15-Month-Old Daughter We’re looking for a kind, caring, trustworthy, and dependable nanny to help care for our 15-month-old daughter. We’re a family that also runs a small business, so our childcare needs can vary from week to week. We’re hoping to find someone who is flexible, communicative, and interested in building a long-term relationship with our family. Schedule & Availability: Our schedule is flexible and hours will vary. Some weeks may have little to no childcare needed, while other weeks may require more frequent care. We’re also looking for someone who can occasionally accommodate one-off requests, less traditional hours, or changes in our schedule when possible. Our busiest childcare days are often when we have business commitments that require us to travel, during which we may need care for approximately 6–8 hours. While we cannot guarantee a set number of hours at this time, our goal is to grow into a more consistent schedule as our business develops. About Our Daughter & Responsibilities: Our daughter is a sweet, curious, and fairly independent toddler. She generally does well with her routine and does not require being rocked to sleep. We’re looking for someone who will keep her safe, engaged, and cared for throughout the day. Responsibilities include supervising her play, preparing or serving simple meals and snacks as needed, helping with her daily routine, and keeping her safe in our home. Who We’re Looking For: Reliability is especially important to us. We understand that everyone has commitments, and we don’t expect someone to be available every single time we ask. However, we’d love to find someone who communicates well, follows through on agreed-upon dates, and is comfortable with a flexible schedule. Prior toddler experience, patience, good judgment, and a genuine love for children are important. If you’re dependable, adaptable, and looking for a family you can build a relationship with over time, we’d love to connect!
