We are a warm, loving family in North Phoenix looking for a nurturing, dependable, and experienced part-time nanny to care for our two young children—an infant and a toddler. We are hoping to find someone who genuinely enjoys working with little ones and would love to become a consistent, trusted part of our family’s routine. Schedule & Compensation: • 1–2 weekdays per week • Approximately 7 hours per day • Ideally two 3-hour blocks with a break in between • $20–$25/hour, depending on experience • Hoping to begin within the next month Responsibilities: • Provide attentive, loving, and developmentally appropriate care for both children • Follow our baby’s feeding, nap, and daily care routines • Engage our toddler in reading, play, crafts, and age-appropriate activities • Support a safe, calm, and nurturing environment • Prepare simple snacks or meals for the children as needed • Tidy up after the children and maintain their play and eating areas • Communicate with us about the children’s day, routines, and any concerns Our Ideal Caregiver: We are looking for someone who is patient, warm, reliable, and confident caring for an infant and toddler simultaneously. Infant CPR and First Aid certification are strongly preferred. We would also love someone who can provide references from previous families. I am growing my bookkeeping business and will be leaving the home during these childcare blocks to focus on client work. We are hoping to find someone who is comfortable independently caring for both children while we are away.
