Family Specifications: ● Smoke-free home. ● Friendly, non-shedding 20 lb Mini Goldendoodle in the home. ● Kosher kitchen; family observes Shabbat and Jewish holidays. ● Father primarily works from home to assist with the initial transition and household routines. Responsibilities: ● Provide direct, focused care for an 11-month-old including feeding, diapering, and supporting age-appropriate developmental milestones. ● Engage in interactive enrichment activities such as reading, music, active play, and local outings (e.g., local parks, Palo Alto Junior Museum). ● Minimal personal phone use while the child is awake. Using a phone to communicate with us, take photos, navigate, and look up information are of course fine. ● Take the child and household dog on one daily neighborhood walk. ● Perform light household tasks related to child care (<20% of time), laundry and keeping spaces clean and organized ● Drive child to local activities and outings using the caregiver's own vehicle. ● Occasionally drive child to local activities and outings using the caregiver's own vehicle. ● Willingness to follow our kosher kitchen practices. No experience needed.
