About this nanny job
My wife and I need supplemental support in childcare for our 9 month old. I will be traveling every Mon-Wed while my wife works in the city during those days. We have grandparents to support as well (most likely every Wednesday) so will need to supplement care for Mondays and Tuesdays from 7a - 7p. The schedule can be quite fluid - that is, we may need coverage for any 1-2 days between Mon-Wed on any given week. This will be our first time hiring a nanny and leaving our child alone with a non-family member so we would like a staged approach. The high-level process would be: 1) Share resume 2) Interview & previous references and testimonials 3) In-person meet & greet with us and the child 4) Supervised / shadow sessions for the first few sessions Please be advised that we may decide not to move forward with you at any point in this process You should be highly detailed oriented, communicative and preferably infant CPR certified
