Part Time nanny position available starting Monday, Nov 2 (flexible)

About this nanny job

Hi! We need someone who loves kids, is kind, has high energy, is trustworthy, and understands child development/age appropriate (and boy appropriate) activities to help sporadically care for our 20 month old son. Must have their own reliable transportation, must cancel minimum of 24 hours in advance, must be okay with (very furry) dogs, be CPR/First Aid Infant/Child/Adult certified, be good swimmers, and someone who is willing to be very hands on and active with our sweet, high energy, bouncing off the walls, toddler son! He is obsessed with airplanes, cars, running around, jumping, moving, and all the books. We do not have a pool, but go to the pool a lot in the summer time, so water safety is extremely important to us! I say sporadic care because we need a second/third set of hands around the house, especially when my husband is working out of town in the morning hours for workout classes, for time to make ourselves appointments, date nights, etc. but we can be flexible. I’d consider this more “one-off babysitting” but extremely frequent, so we’d like to find someone who can watch our son always, and be reliable even when we don’t exactly know what dates you will be needed yet. Think of it kind of like long term-shift work if you will (my husband is usually gone at least two weeks out of the month). We can discuss more detailed info/plans/times.
