About this nanny job

Hi! We're a loving family in Lynnwood looking for a warm, dependable nanny and household helper to brighten our almost 2-year-old son's mornings and help our home run smoothly. Weekday mornings (Mon–Fri, 7:30–10:00am) We're home in the mornings and share the routine with you, so it's very much a team effort. Some days you'll handle breakfast while we get him dressed, other days the reverse. A typical morning includes: • Walk Cherry, our sweet, friendly dog • Help with our son's breakfast and cleanup, and getting him ready for daycare • Unload the dishwasher, fold laundry, make the beds, and tidy his nursery and play area Full-time backup care Just as important, we need someone who can step in for full days when he can't go to daycare: sick days or daycare closures. We'll give as much notice as we can, and of course all additional hours will be paid. We also offer a guaranteed minimum weekly pay, so you're paid even when we're traveling or don't need you on some days. About you • You love toddlers and have experience caring for them, with references • You're comfortable with dogs • You're dependable, kind, and confident working independently We're hoping for a long-term fit who'll grow with our family.
