About this nanny job
I am looking for a patient, high-energy, and reliable youth mentor to work with my active 11-year-old son after school and weekends, if desired. He is diagnosed with ADHD and needs a positive male role model who can provide structure, consistent behavioral support, and proactive redirection. He is deeply passionate about sports--especially football--so someone who can match his energy, toss a football around, or use sports drills as a way to practice focus and emotional regulation would be an ideal match! This position is funded through the MN DHS CFSS (Community First Services and Supports) Budget Model, which gives us great flexibility to work around your schedule. All payroll processing, tax withholdings, and hourly tracking are officially managed through our Financial Management Services (FMS) provider.
