Hiring a part time caretaker starting Monday, Nov 16 (flexible) in Southwest Colorado Springs

About this nanny job

Hi everyone! We are looking for a reliable, dependable, and warm part-time caregiver/driver to help us with our 6-year-old son’s weekly transit and care routine in Colorado Springs. Schedule & Routine: Monday – Wednesday: Morning: Drop him off at his ABA center by 8:00 AM (starting point is our home). Afternoon / Evening (As Needed): Occasionally picking him up from his after-school program or ABA center by 6:00 PM and dropping him home with my boyfriend. (Note: Pickups won't happen every single day, but having the flexibility to do so when work shifts run late is key). Thursday & Friday: School and after-school care are fully covered most days, but occasional help may be needed on these days (you will be informed of such in a timely manner!). Compensation: Flat Rate: $120 per week. Note on Pay: Because the afternoon pickups and Thursday/Friday help are as needed, you will still receive the full $120 weekly flat rate regardless of whether extra hours are needed that week. You are essentially guaranteed the weekly pay for holding down the schedule and managing the morning drop-offs! Requirements: Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable, insured vehicle. Experience with children (special needs/autism experience is a huge plus!). Punctual, trustworthy, and great communication skills.
