Full-Time Nanny Wanted — Novato, CA We're a warm, friendly family looking for a wonderful full-time nanny to join us in our home in Novato, California! We currently have two young children, Logan and Juliet, and we're expecting our third child in April 2027. Eventually, our nanny will help care for all three, although we expect Logan to begin attending preschool around that time. We're looking for someone experienced, dependable, loving, and comfortable caring for multiple young children. Ideally, we'd love to find someone who can become a long-term part of our family. Position Details: - Location: Novato, CA - Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM - Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and number of children Responsibilities: - Providing attentive, loving care for our children - Preparing meals and snacks for the kids - Helping with naps, playtime, and age-appropriate activities - Driving the children to school, parks, and other activities, including occasional longer trips - Light household help, such as dishes and tidying up while the children are napping (we do not expect you to clean the house!) What We're Looking For: - Experience caring for infants and young children - Comfortable caring for up to three children - Valid driver's license and safe driving record - Comfortable speaking primarily English with the children - Reliable, responsible, and interested in a long-term position - References from previous families A Little About Us: We're a happy, welcoming family with a lovely home in Novato. We've had a wonderful relationship with our current nanny, but unfortunately, our move to Novato means she won't be able to continue working with us.
