About this nanny job
We are seeking a warm, experienced, and proactive nanny who is passionate about early childhood development. Our ideal nanny encourages independence, safely introduces new skills, and engages our toddler in age-appropriate learning activities. Experience with independent sleep and potty training is important. We especially value someone who takes time to understand our child’s personality, temperament, routines, and communication cues while building trust and helping them feel comfortable. The ideal candidate is patient, nurturing, attentive, and able to adapt their approach to our child’s individual needs. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, communicates openly, and genuinely enjoys helping children learn, grow, and thrive.
