About this nanny job

We’re looking for a warm, responsible, reliable, and flexible part-time nanny to help care for our two boys, ages 4 and 6, in Santa Monica. Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday, approximately 2–6 p.m., with some flexibility depending on our family's schedule. We occasionally need evening, weekend, or overnight help, with advance notice whenever possible and based on availability. We're open to offering guaranteed weekly hours for the right person. Responsibilities: - Pick up both children from their respective schools, located less than 2 miles apart. - Drive them to after-school activities, all within approximately 5 miles. - Help with homework and keep the boys on track with their afternoon routines. - Prepare simple snacks and help keep the children's belongings organized. - Provide a safe, caring, engaging environment. Qualifications: - Own reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, clean driving record, and appropriate auto insurance. - Prior childcare experience and excellent references. - Dependable, punctual, organized, and comfortable managing two active young boys. - Comfortable around cats. - CPR/first-aid certification preferred. We're hoping to find someone who will become a trusted, long-term part of our family's routine.
