About this nanny job

I'm a working mom looking for a dependable, caring, and responsible nanny/babysitter to provide occasional childcare for my 5-year-old son, with the possibility of recurring help at least once- twice a week. With the holiday season approaching, I have some late work meetings, professional events, and occasional evening commitments coming up and would love to find someone I can build a reliable relationship with. Responsibilities may include: Occasional weekday afternoon and evening childcare. Picking up my son from the school bus stop or aftercare when needed. Providing supervision, preparing simple meals or snacks, and helping with his evening routine. Engaging him in age-appropriate activities, playtime, and reading. Occasional extended evening hours when I have work events or other commitments. A little about what I'm looking for: I'm looking for someone who is warm, patient, attentive, trustworthy, punctual, and genuinely enjoys working with young children. Reliability and good communication are especially important to me. Experience with kindergarten-aged children is preferred. My son is a sweet, active 5-year-old who enjoys playing, learning, and staying busy. Ideally, I'd love to find someone available at least once a week, with some flexibility for additional dates and occasional evenings.
