Hiring: Full-Time Nanny for 7-Month-Old Baby – San Jose, CA We are looking for a loving, reliable, and experienced nanny to care for our 7-month-old baby. Location: Near Oakridge Mall, San Jose, CA Start Date: Flexible, within the next 2–4 weeks Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM or 9 AM–5 PM Responsibilities: * Feeding, diaper changes, bathing, and daily baby care * Preparing fresh, age-appropriate meals and introducing solids * Supporting baby’s feeding journey with patience and safe feeding practices * Engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities, reading, and playtime * Baby’s laundry and keeping baby areas clean and organized * Light housekeeping and general tidying Requirements: * Prior experience caring for infants, including introducing solids * At least one reference from a previous family * Must drive independently to work and have reliable transportation * Dependable, nurturing, patient, and attentive * Infant CPR and first-aid certification is a plus * Minimum 1-year commitment; ideally looking for someone who can stay for 2 years Benefits: * 10 days paid vacation annually (5 days chosen by nanny, 5 days chosen by family) We are hoping to find someone who will become a trusted, long-term part of our baby’s life.
