We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and responsible part-time nanny to care for our two children (ages 3 and 6) starting [Insert Start Date]. This position is ideal for a local college student, a para-educator looking for extra hours, or an experienced caregiver who loves working with early childhood and school-aged kids. Schedule (16–18 Hours/Week Guaranteed): • Monday: After-School Care only (2:30 PM – 5:00 PM) • Tuesday: After-School Care only (2:30 PM – 5:00 PM) • Wednesday: After-School Care only (2:30 PM – 5:00 PM) • Thursday: Before-School Care (7:30 AM – 9:00 AM) AND After-School Care (2:30 PM – 6:30 PM) • Friday: Before-School Care (7:30 AM – 9:00 AM) AND After-School Care (2:30 PM – 6:30 PM) Responsibilities: • Morning Shift (Th/F): Arrive at 7:00 AM, help the children get dressed, prepare a light breakfast, and manage the morning school/care drop-off routine. • Afternoon Shift (M-F): Pick up the children from school/care at 2:30 PM, bring them home, provide a healthy afternoon snack, and engage them in playtime or simple activities until 5/6:30 PM. • Keep the children’s main play area tidy after activities. Requirements: • Proven experience caring for preschool and early elementary-aged children. • Reliable transportation with a clean driving record and valid driver's license (must be comfortable handling school drop-offs and pick-ups). • Non-smoker. • CPR and First Aid certification preferred. • Must be able to provide local references and agree to a background check.
