About this nanny job
Hi! We’re a family of 3, soon to be 4. Our daughter is 2.5 years old, and we’re expecting a boy in January. As a SAHM with a husband who frequently travels for work, I am looking for more support! I’m thinking we could split the hours into time with toddler, time with baby, and mother’s helper work, but open to ideas. A bit about our daughter: she is a deeply curious and highly verbal kid, constantly trying to understand the world around her. She loves imaginative play and engaging in conversation. She’s into art, sensory activities, reading, etc. FYI fully potty trained. What we’re looking for: Looking for someone who is highly engaging, attuned to unique individual needs, and tries to truly understand the kid. Proactive in thinking about what type of activities would be interesting and engaging for her. Someone who is comfortable with toddlers and infants. Bonus if you have ECE and/or teaching background.
