After-school mother's helper plus: childcare and household help for a family of four kids - Kenilworth, starting January We're a Kenilworth family looking for a warm, reliable mother's helper plus - part nanny, part household help. We have four children: two daughters (elementary and preschool) and 14-month-old twins. I'm a stay-at-home mom and we're both home during the day, so this is a real partnership - we want someone who will grow with our family. At first you'd mostly be with the twins while I get to know you; over time, more with the older girls, including school pickup and driving as trust builds. A steady, long-term role. Schedule: Mon-Thu 2-6 pm; some earlier starts for field trips, class activities and early-release days. Hours shift week to week and are confirmed in advance. Childcare: care for the twins while mom is home (play, snacks, naps, afternoon routine); over time more afternoons with the girls; driving as trust builds - not day one; all four kids on rare occasions. Household help: dishes and bottles, keeping the kitchen tidy, toy rooms and general tidying (vacuuming, garbage), kids' laundry (family laundry a plus), packing lunches, meal prep for the twins, starting dinner, household inventory. You bring: toddler and baby experience, comfortable caring for two at once, references from recent families; happy to pitch in on household tasks; a reliable car and clean driving record; CPR and First Aid certified or willing to certify (infant CPR a plus); flexible when the school schedule moves; warm, professional, and looking to grow with one family long-term. Our home standards, asked of everyone who works in our home: natural hair color, no visible tattoos, no facial piercings. Please apply only if that works for you.
