About this nanny job

We are looking for a reliable, patient, and engaging sitter to join our family in Campbell and provide consistent childcare for our two elementary-aged sons every Sunday. Our boys are neurodivergent (Autism/ADHD). Experience working with neurodivergent children is a plus, but we are also open to someone who brings a calm, patient energy and is willing to learn. We have therapeutic strategies and routines in place and are happy to help guide the right person. We are looking for someone who is open-minded, flexible, and comfortable navigating big feelings and occasional dysregulation. Schedule Every Sunday: 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Some flexibility may be possible with another weekend day, but Sundays are preferred. Looking for someone interested in a consistent, ongoing position. Compensation Cash, depending on experience. Responsibilities Providing attentive, engaging care for both boys. Helping maintain routines and structure throughout the afternoon and evening. Supporting the boys with activities, play, and transitions. Helping with dinner and evening routines. Assisting with bath and bedtime routines for the younger child. Keeping the kids' spaces tidy and cleaning up after activities and meals. Requirements Previous childcare, nanny, or babysitting experience. Experience with neurodivergent children (Autism/ADHD) is a plus. Calm, patient, and dependable demeanor. CPR certified. Fully vaccinated.
