About this nanny job

$25-30 per hour. Start date Monday, January 4. Guarantee 30-35 hours per week depending on responsibilities. Gas stipend. PTO for major holidays and sick days. Country Club neighborhood. We have 3 girls (9, 7 and almost 2) however this role will be almost entirely focused on our toddler. Rare exceptions include occasional driving children to/from activities or watching all girls together at our home. Our household also includes two non-shedding and well-behaved dogs. Family is open to designing a schedule based on the candidate's availability. Our ideal schedule includes a mix of mornings and afternoons, but we can support some full days for candidates willing to help with household tasks such as dog walking, tidying common spaces, laundry and errands. An example schedule might be a half day on Wednesday (7:15 AM–12:15 PM) and full days on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (7:30 AM–5:30 PM). A typical schedule involves hanging out with our toddler while mom takes the older kids to school. Prepare and offer meals, follow nap schedules, bring to planned activities, organize age-appropriate outings, and handle drop-off/pickup from part-time preschool. Afternoons involve staying with our toddler while Mom brings the older girls to after-school activities, but you may occasionally help the older girls as needed. We strongly prefer someone who has their own safe, reliable car and a clean driving record. Ideally CPR certified and up to date on vaccines. We have a lot of moving pieces in our home and value a flexible, team player who enjoys spending time with both younger and older kids. We’re excited to meet you!
