Trustworthy and reliable Family Assistant with over three decades of caregiving and teaching experience available for on-call, temp and on-going positoins. Available for on-going, guaranteed / set hours with a family (contract work). Concierge jobs, (before you arrive / after you leave). And available for on-call, temp and overnight care. Who am I : I grew up in Sebastopol on over 500 acres of land. I attended the Sacramento Waldorf school for homeschool lessons in art and writing. I taught art lessons and many campouts on Camp Winnarainbow land each summer. And I have worked in homes and hotels in San Francisco and the East Bay for over three decades. I am a trained Acupuncturist and slowly studying for my Acupuncture Board Exams. I enjoy teaching art to children, taking them on simple hikes/walks in town or in the Redwoods. I enjoy visiting museums or parks, gardening, fresh air, baking, and making art! I have worked my way through college and graduate school as a nanny and family assistant and have experience working with children age four weeks to ten years. My expertise lies in caring for newborns, twins and multiples. I am Trustliend, CPR certified, and have my Tdap, Covid, Flu and a negative TB. I have a clean driving record and a car for use for errands and to get to and from the location. Happy to drive kiddos in the family car if needed.. Some things I can do as a Family Assistant / House Manager: Occasional cooking, prepping, ordering and pick up. Make lunches for the kiddos, pack snacks, bake things, keep the fridge tidy, order groceries, personal shopping, open packages daily, break down boxes, keep a tally on things to purchase, organization projects, tidy and re-set rooms, water plants, purchase or make flower arrangements for the home, shuttle kiddos, push laundry through, hire vendors and follow through with home repairs, do research for camps or vacations, book reservations, update family schedule, pack or unpack for vacations, pay or manage household staff, keep children's clothing up to size and make purchases, gift buying, holiday and party support, UPS/USPS, dry cleaning, car care, animal care, errands, travel and concierge support.
