Hi, I'm Leah! I am originally from New Jersey, but have lived all over, and am now currently a Kindergarten teacher here in the Denver area. I hold my masters of elementary education and have loved being able to take my passion for working with children and make a career out of it. I have over 10 years of babysitting and nannying experience, working with ages ~6 months to 13 years old. Most of my experience is with 4-6 year olds, but I am comfortable with all ages! I do a lot of help in tutoring as well as attending to their physical needs such as eating, brushing, bathing, cooking, cleaning, etc. I am also able to provide, play, and make fun activities for kids as a previous tutor for K-8th. This could be like fun science experiments with food coloring and soap and other simple, easy, and safe activities. I have supervised kids in making sure they follow rules and learn and grow up. I work well with animals including cats and dogs. I do well in communicating with parents and other guardian about important notice, changes, updates, and concerns regarding a child’s behavior. I currently hold CPR, First Aid, and Youth Mental Health First Aid certifications.

I am pursuing a healthcare degree at Arizona State University. I am currently taking a gap semester to shadow healthcare professionals and gain volunteer hours. I hope to work in the pediatrics field one day! I have experience nannying a 4-year-old boy and occasional babysitting for infants under 12 months old. I also have life-long personal experience as I am the eldest child with 9 siblings. I am currently a volunteer member at Future for Kids organization with children at elementary age. Hello! My name is Sephora and I am a college sophomore studying nursing. I am offering child care and pet services.
