I love working with kids, and pets! Helping kids with their development, teaching them new things, or just having a good time and a lot of laughter. I’m trustworthy, thoughtful, warm, friendly and attentive. I’m a good listener and I’m patient, I try to understand how the kids are feeling, dealing with big emotions I have master degree from Poland - Master of Arts, currently studying in BCC Digital Imaging and going to apply for internship after end of Spring semester June 2025 - I’d like to babysit till then I’m fully vaccinated for covid 19 and have all regular vaccines. I have a lot of childcare experience (more than 7 years full time, plus part time). I’ve read some child development articles or books as needed, I love Montessori philosophy. Some examples of experience: Babies: I used to read, go outside for walks, teaching to walk and speak first words, singing songs, dancing to the music, playing with toys, feeding and bathing, bedtime routine. Toddlers: I was full time babysitter for two sets of sibling 2 and 5 y.o., twins 3.5 y.o., currently the baby I took care of is a toddler as well 😀 (2 years old) 2[removed] I was au pair in USA for two years. I have had amazing time taking care of kids age 2-10 years old, also babies as babysitter back in Poland. I have experience of taking care of 3 kids at the time. I’m reliable and make sure everyone is safe. I have 5,5 years of full time experience with babies and toddlers, and couple more years before that I was babysitting part time as well or supervising art classes in Poland as an Art High School student. I was responsible for getting the kids ready to school, feeding, driving to activities, playing educational games, arts and crafts, giving them a bath, cooking for them, doing their laundry and housework related to them. I had a great bond with all kids. I have master degree in arts and I’m happy to do art activities with children. I’m also active and love hiking, I often play with kids outside, in the park. As an au pair I had my background checked and was trained for cpr and first aid. Received professional one week training of child development and cpr in New York before starting. Pets: Iva had dogs and cats, most of experience with breeds like Saint Bernards, GSD, Golden Retriever, Shih tzu and more. I currently have a GSD/Malinois mix Rocky and love him to pieces 😃 Open to drop by or dog sit My other hobbies than art are rock climbing and I’m currently training for SF marathon

Not currently accepting new families. I Hi my name is Seraphina and I'm a student at Merritt College. I'm currently working as a server and studying to become to a paralegal. I've been babysitting children since I was 14, when I started watching over family friends' children. When I was 15 I started working at Strawberry Canyon Explorer Camp where I worked for 8 years teaching children ages 4-10. At camp I worked with kids one on one as well as in large groups. I've also spent years volunteering in local elementary schools. I love teaching and hope to be an elementary school teacher in a few years. I've primarily worked with kids ages 4-7 but have experience with older as well. I love bringing them outside and teaching them sports, as well as helping them with that tough math problem. In my free time I read a lot, especially comics, and dream about playing lacrosse again. Please note that I have no experience with children younger than 3. Thanks for looking at my profile, I hope to hear from you soon!

I grew up in a large family as the second oldest of five siblings, where I took on a caregiving role from a young age. With workaholic parents, I helped raise my younger siblings, which taught me patience, responsibility, and how to understand children’s needs. In high school and after graduating, I also worked part-time babysitting my neighbors’ children, further strengthening my ability to connect with kids and provide a safe, nurturing environment. Since moving to the U.S., I have continued working as a part-time babysitter and have developed strong childcare experience.

Please feel free to reach out—I’m excited to meet you and your little ones!
I am currently studying child and adolescent development and I have over 3 years of experience working with children professionally. My favorite thing about working with kids is the mutual learning that occurs! I love to find ways to connect through activities based on a child’s interest, whether it be baking, arts and crafts, enjoying nature or physical activity, i love to be involved! I think kids deserve to be heard, and to make decisions for themselves with guided options to choose from. I think freedom of expression and identity is incredibly essential to a young child or adolescence development and I am a number one fan of children taking the lead, and showing us how to show up better to suit their needs and talents as well! Important things to note: -I am allergic to pets, both cats and dogs so cannot work inside of homes with animals -I do not have a car but I have a drivers license and a sparkling clean driving record, and still drive often! -I am CPR and first aid certified -I am a full time student studying sociology and child and adolescent development and completing a social work and human services certification
