I’ll be happy to answer any of your questions. My life was full of small stories, as I was born with a “setting” in my mind, that I would love to understand what life is about in general. And I learned what is most important and why. One of the most important things (better to say values) is a good supportive atmosphere in a family, which I do with all my effort trying to keep in my family and will be putting not less effort to keep it in yours. I worked in IT for 10 years, before my youngest daughter was born. She is 17 now, finishing high school. Last 15 years (before we moved to California from Chicago) I was working in 2 derections. I was organizing art, music events and was working on a concept of “kid’s club” - informal studying, where kids would be able to see where is their natural potential, their inner strengths are. I’ll be happy to work with your kids and do my best to help them to develop what they can do the best, while to keep developing other strengths. Looking forward to hear from you. I was born in Belous (we speak Russian at home). My family immigrated to US in 1989. I was at the age of my youngest daughter

Hello! My name is Audrey and I am a licensed OT currently working in schools. I am looking for additional hours outside of work and to save some money. I’d love to help out you and your family! I have worked with children since I was a teenager, babysitting kids in the neighborhood and helping raise my younger brother with autism spectrum disorder. In high school, I nannied for two families for years. Their children ranged from 2-10 years old. Since living in Chicago (2020) I’ve worked with two families very closely to help their 5 month old babies in those early developmental stages. I am confident in working with children of all ages and abilities. As a school based OT, I work with students ages 2-22 years old. I enjoy providing experiences outside, crafting, art projects, sensory play, imaginary play, going for walks, and more. I am confident in my abilities and have a lot to offer to your family. I am vaccinated and boosted. I also have a car. I usually get home around 5 pm on week days, my weekends are usually free. Please contact me if you have any further questions. Have a great day!!! ~ Audrey
Hi families! My name is Makela, but most people call me Kela. I am currently completing my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, and caring for children has always been a natural part of my life. I grew up in a childcare setting—my mother has owned and operated a home daycare in Chicago for over 20 years—so nurturing and supporting children has been part of my world from a young age. I have experience working with infants, toddlers, and school-age children, and I currently work as a mentor and youth advocate supporting teens and families. I love caregiving because it allows me to build meaningful relationships, support development, and create safe spaces where children feel seen, valued, and encouraged to learn through play. I’m patient, dependable, and creative. Outside of caregiving, I’m also a seamstress and fashion designer, which means I love bringing creativity, crafts, and imagination into daily activities. If chosen to work with your family, you can expect a caring, attentive, and engaged caregiver who truly enjoys helping children grow.
As a proud mother of two grown, independent adult children, my nest may be empty, but my heart is still completely full of love for little ones. Having successfully navigated the beautiful, chaotic journey of raising my own kids into adulthood, I find myself deeply missing the pure joy, curiosity, and laughter that only children bring. I am eager to channel that enduring warmth, patience, and experience into providing a safe, fun, and loving environment for your children.
