I am a 28 year old living In Marin County, CA for almost 10 years now. My first two years, I worked as an aupair and lived in Kentfield taking care of three girls - twins 5yo and one almost 2yo old. I have been working with kids since I was 16 and am comfortable with all ages, including infants. I’m am certified EMT by College of Marin and all ages CPR certified by AHA (American Heat Association). I speak English, Portuguese (My first language as, I’m from Brazil), basic Spanish and intermediate sign language. I am looking for occasional jobs. I have a current California drivers license with a clean record and a car to do pick up or drop offs at school or activities. Also I’m fully vaccinated. After successfully homeschooling my two wonderful sons, my nest is empty, and it's on to the next chapter! I earned twelve units in Early Childhood Education studies at Santa Monica City College several decades ago while running a playgroup for ages 18 months to 4 years in my Venice, California home for three years. I also have an emergency substitute credential to teach grades K-12. Relocating to Marin County, I worked several pre-schools in Point Reyes Station. In more recent years, I worked in two Mendocino pre-schools as a substitute teacher. While at home raising the kids, I wore many hats in order to supplement the family income, so I am pretty resourceful with many varied skills and interests. Not much puts me off or daunts me. :) As a photographer, my specialties are kids and moms-to-be. I find young ones very fascinating and full of native wisdom.
