After successfully homeschooling my two wonderful sons, my nest is empty, and it's on to the next chapter! I earned twelve units in Early Childhood Education studies at Santa Monica City College several decades ago while running a playgroup for ages 18 months to 4 years in my Venice, California home for three years. I also have an emergency substitute credential to teach grades K-12. Relocating to Marin County, I worked several pre-schools in Point Reyes Station. In more recent years, I worked in two Mendocino pre-schools as a substitute teacher. While at home raising the kids, I wore many hats in order to supplement the family income, so I am pretty resourceful with many varied skills and interests. Not much puts me off or daunts me. :) As a photographer, my specialties are kids and moms-to-be. I find young ones very fascinating and full of native wisdom.
