Hi, my name is Nicole. I graduated from Colorado State University–Fort Collins with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies. I originally began as an Early Childhood Education major, which gave me a strong foundation in child development before transitioning to a broader field of study. I began babysitting professionally in 2015 for local families in Denver and have cared for children ranging from 3 weeks to 13 years old. My experience extends beyond private babysitting into structured programs as well. I worked in daycares and with the Boys and Girls Club of Metro Denver, where I served as the Education Specialist during the school year. In that role, I ran the organization’s reading and comprehension program and even introduced enrichment activities of my own, such as drama club. In recent years, I stepped into a full-time role as a Business Analyst for stability. While that role has been rewarding in its own way, I found myself missing the fulfillment that comes from working directly with children. That is why I am now returning to babysitting on a part-time, occasional basis.
