Hi! My name is Sofia, and I recently graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Science and Biology. I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Human Nutrition at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, with plans to attend medical school in the next two years. I have a strong passion for women’s health and preventative medicine, and I truly enjoy caring for and supporting others. Beyond academics, I’ve grown up in a large family surrounded by children, which made babysitting second nature to me. I have years of babysitting experience throughout high school and college, and nothing brings me more joy than spending time with kids and supporting them through their most important developmental years. I am CPR certified, trained in emergency healthcare, and fluent in Spanish as a dual citizen of Spain. In my free time, I love dancing, taking long walks, spending time outdoors, traveling, and exploring new restaurants and coffee shops.
