Hi, I’m Kate! I currently run my own business from home and I am looking to fill some extra time doing what I love most, which is caring for and nurturing children. I have spent over ten years working with kids of all ages, and it is something I am truly passionate about. I believe this next chapter in my life will be focused on supporting healthy development in children and helping families find calm and consistency during the sometimes chaotic stages of raising little ones. I am also getting ready to start a family of my own, so I look forward to learning and growing even more along the way. Most recently, I worked at SLOCA’s Wonders program as the assistant director, where I helped create a warm and playful environment that supported children emotionally, socially, and creatively. I bring a calm, grounded presence and a gentle, intuitive approach to caregiving that helps children feel safe, seen, and comfortable being themselves. I have a new 5-star safety rated vehicle and a clean driving record. I am Infant and Child CPR certified and have more than fifteen units of Early Childhood Education.
