I've cared for children all my life and in every environment and situation: childcare facility, my home, parent's home, hotel-resort, overnight, school pick up and have taken children to events and venues to explore, learn and discover their environment. My favorite age group are infants and I love making fresh baby foods for 6mos+, gradually introducing them to new foods. I bring age-appropriate books, toys, crafts and puzzles to share with my little ones, so every week is fresh & exciting! I keep a daily journal of baby's activities: eating, napping, playing, pottying, milestones, and occasionally take photos to share with parents to brighten their workday. I absolutely love working with children of all ages, and I’ve been a Girls Scout leader working with young girls and part time with the Boyscouts, for around 4 years now. I’ve been able to deal with children of all ages including seniors in highschool, no child is ever too “hard” to handle, I’ve dealt with every mood swing and every difficult situation you can think of, which has honestly made me a better person and better leader for them as well.
