Meet college nannies and sitters from Eastern Kentucky University

Hi! My name is Makayla. I’m starting at Eastern Kentucky University in the spring, after transferring to finish my education degree. Upon graduating college, I aspire to work in elementary education or social work. I have a passion for helping kids and working with kids in general. I played softball at Kentucky State University and I also give hitting/fielding lessons for softball on the side! Alongside this, I spend my free time in the summers working as a teacher at Vacation Bible School at my hometown church. I’m very creative and energetic—always having a positive attitude! I love animals as well, and I aspire one day to have my own animal rescue. Qualifications: - Capital Day School: Extended Day Assistant (Sept. 2025–May 2026) - Roundstone Elementary School: Library Assistant (August 2023–May 2024) - VBS Children’s Leader ( Summers of 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, & 2026) - I have multiple pets of my own & a passion to care for animals!
