Due to this career I was able to pick up two more languages. I speak fluently: English, Portuguese, and I am a native Spanish speaker. I hold a Bachelors degree in Marketing more recently got my MBA and more than 20 years of experience working within an executive setting. I am now married with a 12 years old son who is simply my pride and joy. Having a child has been the most fantastic experience in my life and I enjoy every second of the responsibility. When children are babies or toddlers they have the ability to absorb so much knowledge. We should take advantage of this opportunity and teach them all that we can. It is such a joy to see the expression on a child’s face when they experience something new for the first time. As a mom, I know how precious our kids are, so I make sure to always be prepared for any situation. I'm charismatic, playful, loving, honest, responsible, organized, clean and thoughtful. I’ve learned how to diversify my cooking for almost any child’s taste buds. Certified in CPR and First Aid as well as bass experience with special need children. I have different Certifications: Birth and Postpartum Doula, Breastfeeding and Child early development counselor and Perinatal Nutrition Educator. My style of babysitting is to work on teaching daily routines, staying creative, and making every visit memorable and fun. And nowadays I work in a Foundation that helps Seniors which has being a great experience too. I make sure meals are balanced - veggies-fruits-cereal and protein, but at the end they are kids and we need to find fun ways to make there meals appealing, fun and different. I have worked with many different families outside of urbansitter, caring for children (boys and girls) from premise/newborns to 15 years old kids. I truly enjoy being around children, pets, and seniors, and I’ve found that they’re naturally drawn to me. I’m primarily seeking part-time caregiving, house manager, or household support roles, and I would also consider a full-time caregiving position if it’s the right fit.
