Hi, I'm Aimee! I'm a practicing Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and a trilingual caregiver fluent in ASL, Spanish, and English. I have 7+ years of paid childcare experience across WA, DC, and NY, working in daycares, preschools, and private homes. I am originally from Long Island, NY, and relocated to the greater Seattle area in the summer of 2024 (love it here!). I have experience caring for infants (as young as three months old) through school-age children and am comfortable caring for up to three children at a time. My style is playful, flexible, and child-led. I enjoy connecting with each child in a way that works best for them and supporting their independence through everyday routines. My background in speech-language pathology helps me bring patience, awareness, and strong communication skills to caregiving. I have a reliable car, am comfortable with pets (proud husky mom), and can assist with light household tasks as needed. I'm currently available for one-time or seasonal daytime gigs!
