Hello, my name is Jamaica! I am 33 years old and I have 10 years experience working as a nanny. I also have experience working as a 2nd Grade ELA Paraprofessional Interventionist, Registered Behavior Technician, and was previously a Delta Flight Attendant. Currently I am a full-time online psychology student. I have had the pleasure of working with infants, toddlers, and the middle school students that live next door. When I'm with the kids I love baking and making home made pizzas, finishing creative art projects, reading books, and enjoying the weather when it's warm outside! I am able to perform CPR on infants, children, and adults if necessary and am skilled in handling basic emergency situations.

Hi, I’m Gracie! I am 27 years old and have over 10 years of experience working with children. I started out volunteering in after school care when I was a teenager. My passion for childcare began early in life, as I found myself the older sister to 5 wonderful younger siblings. Most of my younger siblings are over 10 years younger than me, so I began to help out with their care from an early age. Doing so helped spark my desire to go into childcare professionally. I have also worked a lead teacher for an elementary after school program in Fulton county, as a teaching artist for a theatre education and outreach program in Atlanta, and as an in-home nanny/babysitter for various families for the past 10 years. I have professional experience with children of all ages (infants - teens), and I am also able to help with housekeeping duties, pet care, and homework/tutoring if needed. I am currently open to occasional/date night, part-time, or full time jobs. I am hoping to work with a small pool of families so that I am able to focus on forging strong connections with you and your children! I am also open to working with only one family if it is the right fit for both of us. My approach: In my work, it is key for me to connect with each child as an individual. I am a firm believer that children should be treated as people with their own interests, likes, and dislikes, and that these things should be respected and honored. For that reason, I do my best to tailor my approach to each child and the ways that they learn best. That being said, I love to engage with children through creativity. I love to do activities that involve storytelling, crafts, music, and more. My long term goals include pursuing my PhD as well as my personal acting and writing goals, while also continuing to work in theatre education and outreach. I hope to continue working in childcare as I work towards these goals. If I sound like a good fit for your family, please do not hesitate to reach out so we can talk more! Thank you, and I look forward to meeting you. :)

Hey, y'all! Looking for babysitter or dog sitter? My name is Ava, and I've had 5+ years of experience working as a babysitter (infant-14yrs), mathematics tutor, dog sitter for up to 8 dogs, and newborn dog welping. I'm a super bubbly extrovert, who's currently enrolled in college at Georgia State! I genuinely love children, especially when I can implement my knowledge on early childhood development, education, and when I can provide a safe environment for them. I have reliable transportation, and I currently reside in the Brookhaven/Chamblee area. However, I really don't mind a drive! I've worked in healthcare for almost 2 years now, but my schedule is super flexible. I'm also flexible in pay. We can negotiate prices for dog sitting/care depending on the tasks you'll need me to do. I have references available that I am more than happy to provide the contact of. We can chat via call or facetime to meet initially, and I'm happy to meet up, or come to your residence to meet you and your child/dog to see if we are a match! I love arts and crafts, and have plenty of supplies to share!! I love going hiking and camping, and I especially love animals. I'm an avid book worm and music lover as well. I'm an excellent baker and cook, which is so much fun with the little ones! My services are not limited to child and animal care, as I am super happy to lend a helping hand with cleaning, cooking, or any odd jobs you may have!! I am CPR certified, and have worked with children and seniors in a clinical setting.

Hi, I’m Emmie! I’ve been working with children (and many family pets) ever since I was in high school, and caring for kids has truly become a lifelong passion of mine. My very first job was at my local church daycare, where I helped care for little ones ranging from newborns to 9 years old. From there, I began volunteering in various youth programs with teens and later worked with children with special needs — each experience deepening my love for helping kids grow, learn, and feel supported. I’ve always been the go-to babysitter in my community, trusted by both family friends and new families alike. These days, I volunteer with several youth programs at Intown Church in Decatur, and I also take part in Intown Community Peace Volunteers — a wonderful group that brings together international students to share cultures and experiences. My passion for teaching led me to travel the world, where I taught English to children in Japan, Korea, China, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia. Altogether, I’ve spent years working with children across different ages, cultures, and learning styles. I truly believe that kids learn best when they’re having fun! I love using songs, colorful books, and creative games that get them moving and exploring. Whether it’s storytime, arts and crafts, or outdoor play, I make sure every activity fits each child’s unique way of learning. Most importantly, I bring warmth, patience, and joy to every home I’m part of — because for me, caring for kids isn’t just a job, it’s something I truly love doing.
