Meet college nannies and sitters from Hawaii Pacific University

I am a motivated, responsible, and fun loving care taker with experience as an outdoor educator at Tracker's Earth in Berkeley, a tennis instructor with ANTS Sports, many years of nannying experience, and a genuine love for children. I specialize in toddler care with 6 years of experience with children ages 2-5. I also have infant care experience helping raise a friend's 4-month old daughter which was an absolute joy. I watched her from the time she was 4 months old until about 5 years old. Our favorite activities were spending time outside and enjoying the sunshine, playing with toys and creating a rich imaginary world, and taking long walks around the neighborhood. During my time at Tracker's Earth I worked as an outdoor educator for kids ages 5-12. I was responsible for a group of 7-9 year olds and helped teach them outdoor skills like fishing, archery, knife carving, fire building, team building, and plant and animal identification. Following this experience I worked as a tennis instructor for ANTS Sports running tennis lessons after school in Montclair and Oakland for children ages 5-12. I supervised a group of about 10 students and helped them learn the basics of tennis through interactive games and team building exercises. Whilst nannying my favorite activities consist of playing outside, dancing to fun age appropriate music, painting, reading, and any creative activities the children might enjoy. My favorite books are anything by Dr. Seuss or Shell Silverstein as well as "The Giving Tree". My favorite children's songs are "Here Comes the Sun" and "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star." I also play the ukulele and love to sing, so this has been a fun activity for creative and music loving children in the past. My ideal nanny job would involve working for a caring family in a loving environment where I can contribute to the education, well-being, and happiness of their child. I am open to occasional jobs on an at need basis along with longer term work with one or two children ideally ages 6 months to 4 years old.
