Hello! My name is Diamond, I’m a 26 year old and a proud auntie of 3 girls and 2 boys. I recently completed my final year at Cal Poly Humboldt with a BA in International Studies and minors Anthropology, French and Business Marketing. Since high school, I’ve spent so much of my time loving and caring for my sisters’ children. In Aug 2021, I moved to Chicago to explore new opportunities and babysat part time for a year. I moved back to California in Aug 2022 to be closer to my nieces and nephews. I have experience with all ages! I have taught some toddlers how to write and read and would love to continue educating young minds. I also have experience working with children on the ADHD/Autism spectrum. I also have experience with tutoring older ages, housekeeping in moderation, and house organization! My hobbies include singing, making music, art, dance, and being outdoors. I’m very flexible and willing to try new things!

Hello! This past year, I've worked as a Mommy's helper for 15-17 month olds. While the parents worked from in and out of the home, I assisted in regular childcare, park time, serving dinner and tidying/ cleaning of play spaces. I currently work at the Cal Academy of Sciences as an elementary grade educator and have also been teaching outdoor and science education (K-12) for some years now! I really value the natural world and helping my students harness scientific and artistic methods (asking questions, making observations, using senses...) to foster hands-on learning and fun. I'm also Wilderness First Responder certified (WFR), which means I am trained in emergency protocols, risk management, and providing medical care to all ages. The WFR includes a CPR adult and infant certification. At the end of the day, my goal as a caregiver is simple: to make sure the people I spend time with feel safe, supported, and able to have fun!
Hi I'm Kellie! I have been around kids my whole life and I genuinely love spending quality time with them! I'm a caring, helpful, dependable, and energetic caregiver with a B.A. in Psychology and hands-on experience working with children as an ABA Behavior Technician. I provided one-on-one support to children with autism, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills while creating a safe, positive environment. I also have over 10 years of customer service experience, which has strengthened my patience, communication, and problem-solving abilities. In addition to childcare, I'm comfortable caring for pets, assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, homework help, and creating fun, engaging activities for kids!
Hi families! My name is Ella and I am a fairly recent grad from Cal Poly Humboldt, who just moved back to the bay area. I have years of experience babysitting and nannying for all ages of kids and genuinely love working with children in all their unique stages. Whether it's keeping little ones entertained, helping with homework, sticking to routines, or simply being a positive and dependable presence, I strive to make every child feel safe, supported, and cared for. I truly understand how important it is for parents to feel confident in their childcare, and I take that responsibility seriously. I enjoy creating fun, engaging experiences while ensuring children's needs and safety always come first. I look forward to connecting with your family!
Hello! I'm Medb and I use they/them pronouns. I'm 22 years old and am a psychology and statistics student at Cal Poly Humboldt, though am currently home in Lincoln Park for the summer. Since I was 12, I've worked for an organization called CircEsteem, a youth circus located in Uptown. There, I was a counselor, coach, and mentor for kids ages 2-17. I was immersed in a very diverse environment, and gained experience caring for children with different support needs. I also have taken care of infants as young as 3 months. As a sitter, and more broadly as an individual, I ground myself in the values of empathy, creativity, community, and self-esteem. Through play and art, I hope to aid in teaching kids the importance of loving ourselves and others. Additionally, I have worked as a tutor for both grade school and high school students and am always happy to help with homework. I am currently task training my own service dog, and am very pet friendly :) And as a fun little bonus, I love teaching kids basic circus skills like juggling, and am into all kinds of art work and creative projects! I look forward to hearing from you:) *CPR and First Aid Certified* *Vaccinated and boosted*
